What happens in the 20 minutes?
You talk about how your business sells and serves customers. Tamoia asks the questions an implementation partner would ask, then builds the objects, stages, and rules as you answer. You can add your team in the same session. Bring the spreadsheet you use today and import it during setup.
What exactly do I pay for?
Each update to your records, at one cent, whether a person on your team or an agent made it. Data pulled out of Tamoia is billed too: an outside agent or system reading your records, sending them elsewhere, or downloading them. A person viewing data in the app and reporting inside Tamoia are free, and so are seats, setup, and connected agents. Alpha is free.
What can an agent do without asking me?
Read account histories, contacts, and stage criteria. Write activity, call summaries, and qualification scores. It cannot commit the business to anything, change pricing, or spend budget on its own. Anything past the limits you set waits for a person to approve it, and the wait shows on the record.
Can I take my data if I leave?
Yes. Download the full record any time, including what agents did on your behalf. Downloads are billed like any data sent out of Tamoia, and there is no ticket to file.
What is a founding slot?
Thirty businesses join the founding cohort: free alpha, a direct line to the people building it, and a say in what gets built next. A slot is a place at the table, not a discount.
Do I have to use Tamoia's agents?
No. Connect your own, or one from another vendor, with scoped credentials. Its work is verified, costed, and shown on the record the same way ours is, so you can compare agents on cost per result. Agents are not seats. They are free to connect.
Do my customers see any of this?
Only what you choose to show. The record can give the businesses you serve a live view of what was done for them, and they keep that view if they ever leave. Nothing is shared without you deciding it.

How does the free alpha work?
Founding businesses get the full CRM and the agents at no charge during alpha. Seats and connected agents are unlimited, and you get a direct line to the people building it. Pricing turns on as businesses leave alpha, and you see the rates before that happens.
What do I pay once alpha ends?
One cent for each update to your records, whether a person or an agent made it, plus reads by outside agents or systems, sends to other systems, and downloads. A person viewing data in the app and reporting inside Tamoia are free.
Can I connect outside agents without paying per bot?
Yes. Agents running in your own code, or another vendor's, connect with a scoped key at no charge. Their updates bill like anyone else's, at one cent each. You pay for record updates, not for connections.
I already pay for an AI assistant. Do I pay for AI twice?
No. When you connect the assistant you already use (setup is on the For agents page), your model provider bills you for the model. Tamoia bills for what the assistant does with your records after alpha: one cent per update, plus the records it reads. There is no AI surcharge and no bundle of AI credits hiding inside a seat.
What if an agent makes a mistake or fails?
A failed action, an unfinished evaluation, or a rejected proposal never creates a charge. It does show on the record, so you can see what happened and tighten the rule.
